Mold Damage – Montgomery Home

Mold damage was sustained when the supply line leaked water into the walls next to the washer and dryer at this Montgomery home. The visible mold in the before photo actually penetrated deep into the drywall and studs. The drywall sections were not salvageable. We tore out the drywall and disposed of it properly. Then we repaired the leak. We treated the studs with an antifungal primer after spraying on an antimicrobial product. We had set up a containment area to prevent mold spores from traveling throughout the house while we were treating the mold infestation.
